Refund Policy

Return Period

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened media items (CD, DVD, software, video games, etc.)
• Items not in original condition or with missing parts
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

1. Send you an email confirming receipt of your return
2. Notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
3. Process approved refunds to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank
4. If still unresolved, contact us at health@holistichimalaya.com

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gift Returns

For gifts marked as such at purchase:

• You'll receive a gift credit for the return value
• A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the return
• For unmarked gifts, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser

Shipping Returns

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
• For items over Rs. 2,000/- consider using trackable shipping or insurance
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
